Volunteers in Plano (VIP) is the City of Plano's centralized office of volunteerism. We facilitate service opportunities for City departments, such as Plano Public Library, Parks & Recreation, Neighborhood Services, Live Green in Plano, Environmental Health & Sustainability, Police, Municipal Court, Animal Services, Emergency Management, Communications & Community Outreach, Fire Rescue & more
OUR MISSION: To create and support meaningful community engagement and facilitates community partnerships through new and innovative opportunities that elevate City services and the quality of life in Plano.
